How do I care for my tees?
▪️Wash inside out with cold water using a gentle cycle and very mild detergent
▪️Do NOT use products containing bleach or Oxy Clean
▪️Do NOT dry your tees, especially items containing white ink or shimmer ink. To best preserve the graphic, HANG or LAY FLAT to dry. We will not exchange or refund items that incur issues after being laundered.
We ship via USPS and a tracking code will go directly to the e-mail provided during payment once shipped. Please note once and order is placed it cannot be combined with any other or have a promo code applied to it. Please double check your order and the information entered before checking out as it cannot be changed! Please understand that once the item has left the possession of Mason Blake Apparel, it is no longer our responsibility for lost or stolen goods or to track your item. Please see tracking number to follow the whereabouts of your purchase(s). If your items have not made it to your destination, contact USPS ASAP. If you wish to have your item rushed you will be responsible for additional postage fees. Please allow 3-5 weeks excluding weekends and holidays for your order to be shipped. It is produced just for you, after all! If your order should ever be delayed for any reason, Our staff will always send an email letting you know.
Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Shipments
USPS failure to ship your item(s), deliver your item(s), or lost your item(s) is not the fault or reflection of Mason Blake Apparel. We take pride in our shop and dedication to all our customers. Please understand that we have done everything on our end to make sure your item has been shipped to you promptly. Please contact your nearest USPS for further assistance.
Yes we do offer International shipping but please note that it will take a little longer to receive due to a 2-6 week processing time and shipping to you 2 weeks! We are not responsible for any extra custom fees. If package is lost we will do our best but once again it is out of our control once we have shipped with a valid tracking number.
Refunds or Exchanges:
All sales are FINAL. As each order is ordered specifically for your needs, we DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS! A store credit may be issued in the result of an error with your order or we will exchange an item if there is an error in size or product.
Store credit and gift exchange:
Store giveaway codes expire 60 days after winning. Shop credits expire 90 days after being issued.
Holiday Cut Off's:
Halloween: October 15th 2018
Thanksgiving: November 15th 2018
Christmas: All orders will ship by the USPS stated delivery cut off date of December 20th 2018. However, we cannot personally guarantee Christmas delivery as once the package leaves our facility it is no longer in our hands. Due to holiday and weather delays that can occur during this time of year please plan accordingly!
